HOW IT STARTED

Flint River Technologies was founded on a simple principle: businesses in Thomaston and Upson County deserve enterprise-grade IT support with a personal touch. No call centers, no runaround — just two experienced engineers who genuinely care about your success.

Brent King and Brad Temples met in 2018 and quickly discovered a shared passion for technology and helping local businesses thrive. After years of working alongside each other, they officially launched Flint River Technologies on January 1, 2025 — the culmination of months of planning and a lifelong commitment to their craft.

Brad began his technology journey at age 9 on a Commodore 64 and never looked back — building expertise across complex systems through decades of vendor and provider training. Brent transitioned from a 19-year production career, completed IT school in 2017, then spent years serving local government before co-founding the company.
